September 11th Families for Peaceful Tomorrows - an organization founded by and comprised of people who lost loved ones on 9/11 and who have attempted to turn their grief into sources of reconciliation and peace - is launching a new ad campaign to promote interfaith understanding and address the Islamophobia that has risen in recent years rather than abated. Below is the poster designed to be posted in the New York City public transit system.

Since 9/11, our families have been newly grieved by the hate crimes that have been perpetrated against Muslims, as well as Sikhs and others appearing to be of Middle Eastern descent. We stand united with these communities to demand that Islamophobia must end.
