“Ascolta,

Grazie e cordiali saluti.

Egr. Director, dr. Calogero Tessitore, Messina prison,

for years our commitment has been directed towards the last of the last, the drama of mother and Rosa Zagari have hit our heart, we are very committed to ensuring that it is taken care of in a public facility. We know Italian prisons, we are from Foggia, a border town for rampant crime. We are currently with our children in Conegliano, a civilized and beautiful city. Italy is divided into two, the South suffers an atavistic backwardness, of course all public structures are involved, prisons in particular, built mostly in the 50s and 60s are dilapidated. We called the President of the Republic this morning, the DAP yesterday. Replied the Justice Office, the Exposed section, they assured that they will intervene as soon as possible. In addition to suffering physically, Ms. Rosa suffers psychically, being a depressed and anguished subject due to the tragic death of her mother. Personally I know depression, I assure you that all people who resort to suicide choose it as a minor evil. Who has not tried the tunnel of depression will never understand it even the best psychiatrist. It's a black hole that takes you and kills you.
The commitment and solidarity of all people who care about justice, truth, and humanity is needed. The Libera association has been fighting for years for a just justice, a justice that is not strong with the weak and weak with the strong. The American Tomorrows Peaceful Association has been fighting for years for the closure of the Guantanamo penitentiary. He has been able to transform pain into acts of solidarity.
In the Constitution it is clearly written that the function of prison is to recover the offender, to help him reintegrate into civil society, if we are not in conditions then we throw the key and let them die.
The new judicial year is inaugurated, with all the symbols of power, stoats, scales and more, especially for the weakest, for all people who have lost the right to a dignified life.

    "Listen,

    once a judge like me

judged who had dictated the law to him:

    first they changed the judge

and immediately after the law ".

There is no Platonic idea of justice, absolute justice, the goddess who has the scales in her hand with the two perfectly equal plates: there is the justice of men with its errors, with the interpretations that men give, with the metamorphosis that it undergoes, over time and in relation to circumstances and with particular attention to the powerful who have it in hand, they turn it to their own use and consumption and, when it proves uncomfortable for them, they change it. But already the Greek Sophists, Prodico, Trasimaco, Antifonte, all this had glimpsed it.
(F. De Andrè)

We do not resign ourselves to indifference, we will continue to write until Rosa's life is saved.

Thanks and best regards.
