Evacuees Struck by Tropical Storm in the Philippines

2017 was a devastating year for residents of Marawi, the Philippines. In May, many narrowly escaped with their lives after Maute militants attacked their city. Then in December, tropical storm Vinta hit leaving 240 people dead and millions of dollars of property damage in the southern Philippines.
